Returns and Refund

Warning:

We draw your attention to the need for you to verify the completeness and compliance of the information you provide when ordering, in particular the address of delivery. We could in no case be held responsible for any entry errors and the consequences which result from it, in this context, the costs incurred for the re -exposition of the order would be your responsibility.

Our policy lasts 30 days ***. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

During a return,   Lax   reimbursement ** on the payment method used during your order*. The reimbursement period is 14 days.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* any article which is not in its original state , which is damaged or which presents certain missing parts for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.

** Any article which is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

*** In case of return due to your reasons, the re-store costs at your expense.

Once the return has been validated:

To return your articles:

1- Prepare your return

- Request your return voucher by email to sunnygirl1999@hotmail.com
- Print and insert it into your package.
- Insert your items into their original packaging, not washed and neither used.   Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or salis by customers will not be taken up nor reimbursed.  

2- Make your return

Send your package ( articles+return vouchers )

to the address communicated by customer service . The return costs are your responsibility.

Once reimbursement has been validated:

Lax undertakes to reimburse you upon receipt of your package in its warehouses or upon receipt of the proof of return of your package. The reimbursement period is 14 days.

Lax will reimburse you the returned products, subject to compliance with the above conditions mentioned, as well as the delivery costs of the initial order if you return your entire order.

Deliveries with supplements are reimbursed within the limit of standard delivery costs.

Refund will be made via the payment method used when ordering.
If you have made a payment:

• By immediate debit bank card, the amount of returned items will be credited on your card.
• By Paypal, the amount of the returned items will be credited on your PayPal account.

Refund process will be done in 14 bussiness days.
